I'm an event and integrated-marketing project manager with a track record spanning Taiwan's largest civic celebrations and Hong Kong's professional and corporate stage. Over five years I've owned events from the first concept sketch through to on-site delivery and post-event ROI reporting.
My work sits where strategy, logistics and design meet: conceptualising themes, negotiating with vendors and sponsors, choreographing live programmes, and building the campaigns and content that fill the room. I've delivered market festivals, government press conferences and award ceremonies, IP & KOL collaborations, and international NGO annual conferences and gala dinners.
